Trademark & PD Closed: Now It Makes Sense

With the Van Halen trademark recently being registered to ELVH Inc. in December and the Pleasure Dome (Dump) being closed before the holidays, it's now starting to make more sense given that Warner Bros. has apparently dropped the band.

What I find predictable is that our favorite web master, Brad, passed the trademark event off as a routine renewal. Total horseshit as usual!

Now we hear rumors that WB reps are talking about a Q4 Van Halen release to DJs. This starts to make a lot of sense -- especially if WB is cleaning house and issuing some sort of box set as their final VH release.

I have just been on the phone with Warner LA, who suffled me thru 5 different people, none of which would comment - but number 5 at leat said that as far as she knew, the relationship was unchanged.

Now I have a NYC number and have been told to ask that person about VH, they might now....calling now...
