Anyone see the new 'The List'? It's on right now, and is 'Hellraisers of Rock'. Of course, DLR HAD to be on. Well some dude picked him as #2, and they showed a vid clip from 'Panama'. They all got into this minute long discussion on how badass he is, and how Eddie should take him back in VH. The guy who chose him (cant remember his name, I'll check) said 'supposedly he's back in VH, but we'll see', so it's goin around the hollywood community. The host looked in the camera and said 'Eddie, if you're listening, PLEASE, take Dave back, PLEASE'. It was SO sweet, you guys have to check out the rerun. Tune in right now, it's still on, to see if DLR wins. I think you can vote on VH1 also.. Gotta go.

sorry top 3 were 3) Janis
2) Ozzy
1) Morrison
i can definitely see Ozzman and Morrison being ahead of DLR, but come on, Janis Joplan a Hellraiser? DLR much better fits that label
Oh well, I hope he at least beat out Johnny Rotten.

Not that I'm a huge Janis Joplin fan, but she definately deserves mention in any list of hellraisers in rock and roll. Not only was she wild, carnal and out of control, but she was all those things in an era when women were supposed to be barefoot and pregnant. She was genuinely wilder than most rockers in history, including the men.

I saw that episode yesterday as well. I wasn't sure if that was a repeat or not.
It was great to hear the host and the others pleading for Eddie to bring Dave back in the band. They may get their wish after all!

The only "pop" music I ever really cared about as a child was The Beatles. Then The Beatles took drugs and became a "studio" band. As a child and tween, I never listened to AM Top 40 radio. I did...
