VH Bootleg Credits

I know this topic will eventually be moved to the Bootlegs section, but I wanted to post it here first because I know this is the one section that gets more traffic than all the others, so it stands a better chance of being seen here first. When it eventually does get moved, I'll understand.

I got my hands on a VH bootleg CD several months ago. An actual, not a CD-R. It's called "Bottoms Up!", and it was recorded live in Oklahoma in 1978, with the last 3 songs recorded in an unspecified location in 1979. Anyways, tonight was the first time I actually got around to looking over the artwork and so forth. Well, when you lift the CD from the disc tray, there's a really cool photo underneath it featuring Mike, Dave, and Ed, with credits to the following people under that photo that reads:

"Special Thanks to: Pounder, Cup Cake, Diamond Dave and No Thanks to: BRAD STARKS!"

I read that, and I was like, "Ouch! That's gotta hurt!"
