Can anyone suggest a good RSS ticker/plug-in for Internet Explorer.

I use a stand-alone ticker at the moment and have about 20-30 feeds but want to change to one that will sit at the top of IE.

The latest version of IE has "RSS Feeds", similar to Favourites, but it doesn't seem to have a ticker associated with it.

I would also like to add in all the VHLinks feeds. Has anyone had experience with these?

I also use Firefox, so any suggestions for Firefox plug-ins are welcome.
