Ed is human

Guys,
There has been and for a long time alot of Ed bashing and now bashing his girlfriend and family.

Well it appears that Ed finally had enough and is done with us assholes rippin him apart. And honestly, I agree, if anybody were to rip my family and friends apart I'd act the same, and much sooner. Eddie has a right to be pissed, and in fact we should all leave him alone and respect his privacy, respect the fact that outside of being a guitar hero he is human, he makes mistakes, he has feelings, and he's not perfect. He has been going through alot and trying to clean up his act. He needs as much support as possible during this time so he can get back to playing music for all of us and having a great time.

We all love Ed as well as the rest of the band, We all do want to hear new music, see another tour, but more importantly we want Eddie Van Halen alive!!! I've said all i need to.

There's been threads about this before. Eddie was a total asshole to Mike, Sammy, and probably many others. I wish him luck in his recovery, but if anyone wants to call him an asshole for the above reasons I'm on board. Other than that, I don't care about his personal shit, everyone has things they have to deal with. That being said, depending on the context, he's certainly deserving of some harsh words here and there. Mike especially didn't deserve Eddie's shit. Whether Ed is clean or not is irrelevant, he has to get off his cloud.

When I log onto the forums, it says I haven't posted in awhile, so before another thread closes....I think I will say:

Ed still sounds like a grouchy, old man whining about us fans, who "don't have any lives" anyways, and now he's keeping tabs about what we discuss on the forums??? Boo Hoo Hoo! You blew it Ed, nobody's fault but yours....I"m out for another 3 months.
