Yoube, you are right it did not sound like Sam would be opposed to a tour but it did sound like he would not do it just for the money that he really would like to have his friends back (meaning Van Halen) before he would come back.

What Sammy says makes perfect sense to me. That's why I think he's a very down to earth, respectable guy.

If any of you have ever had a major conflict with someone you previously considered to be a friend, you should know that it's not even worth talking to the person again unless both of you are willing to bury the hatchet and be REAL again.

There's nothing worse than superficial friendships.

that launch interview was total bunk.
if those things had in fact been said by sammy, he'd have had to back it up practially the same day.

this chicago radio appearance definitely confirms our suspicions of launch's credibility.
