Quite honestly, If you have a high percentage of body fat, it is more damaging to your body than smoking is. High body fat can cause a lot more health problems than smoking can.


If he is a vegan and still smoking, I'll bet he's in much better health than someone who doesn't smoke and eats a lot of junk.
