i just got the remasters and i noticed that on WACF, there is no specific track for "Growth", but on the official site it has growth for a track.
but growth is at the end of In A Simple rhyme like it always has been
is this how it was on the record maybe ???

"Growth" was an idea Eddie and Alex had, to end the record with a little piece of music and then the next record open it with the same piece of music.
They didn't do it on Fair Warning, but that was the whole idea.

Achievements:
Funny you guys mention this, I just listened to my REMASTER of WACF the other night on my head phones.
"Growth" was not listed on any (album, CD, or cassettes) that I know of.
They actually have played this "live", before encores on the Diver Down tour I believe.
