    Default bridge question

I've got a 1975 Ibanez Strat copy and I'm looking to change the bridge out out (non floyd rose). Right now, the original bridge has some rusty screws and saddles with deep grooves. I've got a bridge from a Fender Squire that I thought about putting in (are they junk?). I've also looked at getting new saddles for the original...What would you do?

If at all possible, I'd try to keep it original ...

Replace the saddles (if necessary) and try soaking the bridge in WD40 to remove the rust.
