And of course we expected the tour to come to a cold halt after those unsportsmanlike comments from His Majesty's support act made their way to paper and ink a couple of weeks back.

The Masters' Howard appearance was tight, precise, surgical and majestic.

With his voice maturing, the songs sung in the lower bluesy register seem to best find their place of comfortable warmth.

He sucked. Diamond Dave was a complete NO SHOW. I loved his lyrics in Panama. Instead of "Model Citizen, Zero Discipline", we got "Zero Discipline, Zero Discipline". Hmmm, can't even remember the lyrics to one of their biggest hits. I will say that his charisma is unmatched though. And I'll also add that I like the Dave era better.
