ALL CHEVELLE'S GEAR STOLEN TODAY IN DALLAS, TX!

The entire trailer full of Chevelle's GEAR was STOLEN TODAY
05/09/2007 from the Clarion Dallas Park Central hotel at approx 11:00 A.M.

If anyone has any information, or sees a light gray KZ Cargo trailer, with an Illinois plate 57002. Please call 911 or your local police authority.

Most items are labeled "Chevelle" and if you notice anything suspicious on ebay or other online resellers selling "authentic" Chevelle items...guitar, basses, drums amplifiers, risers, backdrops, tee shirts... please call the police... or email:

No one is immune. I hear about gear rip-offs all the time from touring friends, both famous and not-so-famous.

That's why there's always a guy hired to guard my gear in trucks, even overnight. It's too important.

Yeah I hate leavin my gear in of my truck even if it's just outside of my house...Many times I roll in at 4am from a gig and am just too beat to unload!

I was just backstage for the Band Camp (Chevelle, 3 Days Grace, Buckcherry, etc.) tour here in South Florida, they were some nice guitars! It was a killer show, I feel bad for these guys they were kickin ass.

I was talking with a friend of mine tonite that lives in Grand Praire Texas and i asked him if there was any news on the bands equipment. He says that as far as he knows, they still haven't found the equipment or caught the shit head(s) that stole the trailer.

He also mentioned that this sort of thing has happened in Dallas several times. I hope bands don't get turned off to playing there. Having grown up in Iowa, and now living in Oklahoma. I gotta tell ya, Dallas is one of the best city's to see a concert in. So many different venues. BE U T FUL women. And great (HOT) weather.

Here's hoping that they catch the f'n crooks. Or at least get their equipment back.

The show must go on though. Apparently they have some loaner equipment. Next concert is Thursday may 17 in Urbana Ill.

Texas dates will be rescheduled.

Dallas rocks. There are knuckleheads everywhere.
