Past possible VH Singers

Ok, I am a big VH fan but I don't know everything. Who are some of the past possible singers for VH, besides Bonnet or Ramone. I heard that Phil Collins had a shot at one time, don't know if it's true or not but that's what I heard.

2nd, who do you think could have pulled it off! I personally thought Vince Neil would have been interesting.

What do you thinK?

NOBODY could have pulled it off. Including Hagar and Cherone.

And outside of the Mitch Malloy blip on the radar, I don't think anyone else was ever contacted.

But then again Patty Smythe had a shot too....not sure WTF that was about.

Patty and Ed were good friends I think! I loved her in the eighties and thought she had a really good and strong voice. I don't think she would have pulled it off though.

I agree about Huff...I just kinda went downhill from there....way downhill.

Huff would have worked well I think.

Gary West or David King. I remember David's name being mentioned as one who would sing one of the song's on the Van Halen (with a different singer on each track) album that never happened.

I believe that John Parr (I think that was his name) was mentioned for that album as well.......y'know, the "St Elmos Fire guy....
