BTW, I'm seeing The Stooges in LA later this month and really looking forward to the show even if the new album kinda leaves me cold.

Iggy Pop, the Instinct tour, Queen's Student Union, Belfast, 1989 - still the single best concert I've ever seen. No light show, no big stage set, just Iggy and his band - and I've never been so unable to take my eyes off a stage for fear of missing something. Iggy, in his time, was one of the truly great performers. He's also completely nuts.
