Curtis Mayfield
On friday I got out of work early and went to my brother's house to relax and shoot the shit. He and some pals were there havin a few drinks and playing some records. My brother put on "Curtis" by Curtis Mayfield, and although I had heard the album before, it really hit me hard that day. The weather was gorgeous, and there's always something cool about hanging out with your homies havin some brews.
Any of you old-heads here down with Curtis?

Achievements:
It took me a long while to come around to digging his stuff, but it's pretty chilling music. Hits compilations usually suck for the most part, so you should pick up "Curtis" or "Superfly." The guy was incredible.
