Question about "Panama"...

Alrighty...the song "Panama" on the 1984 album tells about a vehicle in which they named Panama. My question is...what is it? My mom thinks it's a car but I think it's a motorcycle since Dave is riding one on the video. But when he says, "reach down, between my legs, and ease the seat back" it seems he is in a car since seats do that in cars.



So is it a car or chopper???
