    theres the chiquita guitar. not sure if they re still selling them.


    those mini les pauls were custom built for edward by luthier dave petschulat.

    if you look at the headstock it has a little "vh" on engraved on there.

    You may want to check this site. They have a mini Epiphone Les Paul. For the price it is not too bad. The tuners may need to be changed to something more reliable.

    I went on a hunt for either a mini Les Paul or mini Flying V a couple of years ago. (I found a mini V--pretty cool.)

    The mini V was also very cool. We bought one for my stepson. It also came with a mini amp just like the Les Paul version.

    I found this site that has alot of mini type guitars but they don't have a mini steinberger.

    I had one that I sold a few years back, almost exactly like Eds. It was made my a company called Lotus.

    True. A guitar that is that small of a scale is very hard to intonate and keep in tune. You've gotta put on REALLY thick strings so the tension is right.

    Exactly. I bought a mini electric, for travelling, a while back and it wasn't even worth playing. I don't know how Taylor managed to get it right with the Baby T, though. That little beast is amazing! David Gilmour used them to record most of the acoustic parts on his last release. They're that good.

    I put chrome pickup covers on it and different volume/tone knobs and it wasn't too bad.
