Re-Wiring Help

I have been trying to rewire my strat. Instead of the three single coils, I hope to have a Hot Rails in the neck and a Trembucker in the bridge. I also have an "on-on" mini switch to have one or the other pickup on, never both. Does anyone know how to wire the pickups to the "on-on" switch? There are three options on the bottom of the switch. Does the middle go to the ground?
