Default Gary Cherone/Billy Sheehan/Paul Gilbert/Mike Portnoy Who Tribute

I'm a Gary Cherone-apologist ( )... looks like Portnoy has made his all-star Who tribute available on CD & DVD, for those that care to check it out:

With an ex-VH singer and an ex-DLR bassist, does that make them That Other Half?

AMAZING JOURNEY - ONE NIGHT IN NEW YORK CITY Sounds like a great DVD! I want it. Will this be available in any stores? Or do you have to buy it from his site?

Okay thanks for the info. I am also a huge Extreme fan and a huge fan of The Who! I am also a big fan of Mr. Big, and I am a Dream Theater fan as well. So I definately want to get this.

I hate to rub it in, but...you missed a hell of a show! I've never been a big Cherone fan, but he really impressed me. The other guys were, as expected, God-like! And they all dressed like the Who, which they did for the Led Zep show: Gilbert by far the best with his wig, 70's aviator shades, white scarf, nazi general's hat, double-neck SG (Ibanez copy, due to contractual obligations) and bad posture.

For the Who show, Portnoy even set his kit up like Moon's and played left-handed with no hi-hat! He also had a 102 fever! We sat next to, Dream Theater Bassist, John Myung. What a night!
