Wayne Charvel Guitars

I have the Charvel EVH Art Series guitar; it has a nice feel and plays good. My friend at work has bought a guitar from Wayne Charvel. Mr. Charvel is in the process of making this guitar. Has anyone bought any homemade guitars from them and how do they play? I am considering buying the Green Meanie guitar. Thanks.

A Wayne Charvel isn't going to play or sound any better than your Charvel EVH Art Series, but if you want a Green Meanie, that's a different guitar all together...................

Wayne has been doing a lot of building for VH-type players--Brian Young (DLR) and the Atomic Punks guys. I've heard he does an awesome job. (And it's actually Wayne Charvel building your guitar!)

I totally disagree. A Wayne Guitar should and would play better than the Art Series Charvels. The Wayne Guitar is more of a custom made guitar whereas the Charvels were/are mass produced.

I'd much rather have the Wayne.
