Default Windows Media Center (Vista vs. Music)

My wife and I just purchased a new PC with Vista and Windows Media Center. It's for her and I'll only use it occasionally. My entire music collection is from iTunes on my Mac (I'm a total Mac guy at home and work) complete with song title, artist, album, genre, etc. I converted all of the ID3 tags on the Mac as well.
I copied all of the music files onto the PC and added them to the music library. Windows Media Player and Media Center are not recognizing the info from the files. Some of them are fine but most of them are wrong. When I copied them over, I kept the hierarchy that iTunes uses: artist/album/song.mp3.
Anyone have any suggestions for a fix? I have about 14,000 songs and I'm really hoping I don't have to update the info song by song...
    Thanks!

Holy hell, that'd be a lot of burning!

I just ordered a new Dell and I need to put all of my iTunes stuff on it from my current computer. How EXACTLY do I do that?

Do you have Itunes for Windows installed on the PC?

I would think that the Itunes player would recognize its own format regardless of the Mac/PC difference.

Of course, I'm neither a Mac or Itunes user, so I can't say I've tried the above suggestion.

That's the ticket. I figured it out but didn't post the fix. The problem is that Windows Media Player doesn't recognize the "iTunes" tags. I thought they were universal. What you need to do is download Music Bridge.
