You know what? I'm sick of everyone talking about the VH 'soap opera'. It seems that most of the shit WE KNOW because it has happened already is never as interesting as when we speculate about it or shit on it before it ever does. That might make for some interesting reading, but when I start reading posts going back and forth about who's the real insider, I have to start wondering where the soap opera really is. If the guys in VH weren't legends and our heroes, this wouldn't be as bad as we're making it. So in plain language:
Ed may or may not have a problem and has had problems. Deal with it. They aren't with Dave for a change
Mike isn't in the band. Happens all the time with bands, and especially with bassists, for some reason. Remember Page and Plant, anyone?
Tours involving mega-groups are big business, and don't move at the 'speed-of-want'
You could die tomorrow and never see the band if they do make it on the road, and all that matters is RIGHT NOW, which is the title of a song they WON'T be singing on this tour at least.
Lighten up. These are normal people with abnormal lives. Live yours and be thankful VH might be part of it in the future. If not, at least they were! Thank God for that.
