I think old Claudio here is having a bit of fun. It is kinda cool how all those significant dates fall round each other. Although announcing the reunion Ed never really wanted doesn't strike me as the ultimate birthday present! I still say they will announce the reunion before NAMM. I'm probably wrong though.

The only reason I can think of the album being released on March 16, 2001 is that is Wolfie's birthday.

I think we should be concentrating on dates between now and Jan 20th - when Mike is at the NAMM show.
It seems to me that they would have to announce something before then!

I know this has come up before, but the AMA's (American Music Awards) are coming up on Monday Jan 8th!?!?!

Any other significant dates between now & Jan 20th??

I wonder what Wolfgang thinks about Van Halen and what his Dad does? I'm sure he loves Eddie and worships him as most kids do at that age, but I doubt that Wolfie is so jazzed about it that Eddie would want to release anything (or announce anything) on 3/16.
