A VH tour that needs to eventually happen

As a fan of both eras of VH I just once want to see a tour that was proposed a few years ago in Las Vegas and have the band ride off into the sunset or do whatever the hell they want after this. Have Ed, Al, Dave, Sam, and Mike (even put Wolfie on stage who gives a crap) on the bill. One set wtih Dave, one set with Sam, encore with both. Have the band play Jump with Dave, Top of the world with Sam and finish with Happy trails, you really got me whatever and call it a day. Have Gary play with the Wabos as the opening act, have Wolfie start his new band and open, whatever it takes. I am not freaking kidding it would be the VH tour to end all tours, would make serious cash, and would be fun as hell. Why is everyone so freaking scared of doing this. I can't imagine any of us fans passing this up. Why the hell not...other than stupidity and egos. Life is too damn short for that. Give us this tour once Eddie!!!!!!

I agree with you 100% especially about the serious cash. They could charge $250 a ticket (for lousy seats) and people would still go.

Dave & Sammy trading headlining gigs as solo acts was a matter of diplomacy. Van HALEN taking a back seat to Van Hagar would be a matter of INSANITY.
