I don't think it is Janet Jones either. Looks like her in some shots, but there is that one shot when Dave and her are dancing and he bends her over backwards and she smiles and then it is definitely not Janet Jones.
We'll probably never know. Although somewhere out there is a model who had to of used "stripping teacher in the Van Halen 'Hot For Teacher' video" on her resume.
