Eli must have Madden '07 like me! He'll do fine. Just tell him to keep it on the "pro" level. It gets a little tough on All-Madden.

I read the Courier too, but not for football. I usually read their hockey stuff since the Flyers practice in South Jersey.

Nice read though. It's hard for me to even speculate on the situation. I would understand if Andy decided to step away. I mean this is serious shit here. But I don't believe he's going anywhere. There's no coach I'd like better for my team than Coach Reid. Other Eagles fans would probably throw eggs at me for that, but I just happen to like the guy.

He may be stubborn and have some lock management and play calling issues. But I don't know one coach that doesn't. The only other two guys I really like are Cowher and Del Rio. Unless Marv Levy is ready to come out of retirement, I'll take Andy Reid.

Speaking of the All-Pro game, I thought I'd read that they were going to ban guys from the All-Pro game for a positive steroid test, but I couldn't find the article. I don't know - I almost think some of the guys would consider that an incentive to do steriods - "Don't have to go to the Pro Bowl - sweet!"

Yeah, I heard the league was no longer going to allow any player suspended for banned substances during the season to play in the Pro Bowl...or was it the entire post-season? I haven't read the stories I saw about it.

Kinda funny now that Adam Vinatieri and the Colts won the Super Bowl by more total points than the Patriots won their three combined.

I wasn't laughing on Sunday though, as I took Bears +6.5.

Im really thinkin positive for my HAWKS this next year! Everyone should be back and healthy!! PLUSS, I saw the schedual for 2007 and if I went by how well teams did this year the Seahawks are gonna do GREAT! Chicago in Seattle this year HELLZ YAH!!!

Then Seattle will get the chance to kick the shit outta the Steelers cuz we play them as well!!!

This is the guy I've been wanting since Tomlin took the Steelers head coaching job.

As another coach denied interest in the job Tuesday, the Vikings appeared set to interview at least one candidate for their opening at defensive coordinator.

Barring a change in plans, Leslie Frazier -- the Indianapolis Colts' special assistant and co-defensive backs coach -- is scheduled to arrive in the Twin Cities for an interview today. Frazier, who served as Cincinnati's defensive coordinator in 2003-04, said in interviews last week that he would be interested in the job.

Frazier and Vikings coach Brad Childress served on the same staff in Philadelphia from 1999 to 2002. Frazier was the defensive backs coach and Childress began as quarterbacks coach.

Frazier, 46, played cornerback for the Chicago Bears from 1981 to '86. He has learned the Tampa-2 defense while working for Colts coach Tony Dungy.
