You shouldn't go...Here's why

The opposite of love IS NOT hate, but indifference. And for the past 9 years or so, we've all been treated indifferently by the VH camp. We've all complained about it. Yeah VH doesn't owe us anything, except the CD that we pay for or a good performance for the ticket we buy, but they're in show business, and not answering your fans is bad PR. It also shows a lack of gratitude for who put you where you are.

So I'm about 90% sure I'm not going to see the tour this year. Here's why:

1) EVH's treatment of Mike. Just horrible. Again shows that EVH has no appreciation of who helped to get him where he is (Mike). Let's face it, EVH on his own isn't very good. See VH3.

2) I really don't want to pay $150 a ticket to hear Dave say "Look at all the people here tonight" and "I forgot the f&*$in' words" for the millionth time.

3) I really don't want to pay $150 a ticket to hear a 15 year old play bass. I don't care how good he is.

4) I'm not gonna pay EVH so that he can fund more porn movies.

5) EVH has been saying for years that an oldies tour with DLR would be ripping off the fans. I agree.

I wish I could afford to go to the tour. My daughter just started daycare, and I just stopped having money to spend.

It won't be VH without Mike IMHO. It hasn't VH since Dave left (for me that is) respect to the hagar fans.

So stay at home and in many years when VH won't be anymore you'll regret.
You are not aware of the luck you have in USA... We won't probably see them anymore in Europe. So move yourself and enjoy what they will offer to you.
