Opening Act ideas for Summer VH tour...

Who has new material coming out that may compliment VH this Summer??

I think that new band Army of Anyone would be cool. The drummer used to be in the DLR band, Ray Luzier.

Hellyeah would be cool too. I wouldn't worry about it being too heavy, Voivod. The other band doesn't have to me a musical match. Remember 'Our Lady Peace' and 'Baby Animals'? LOL.

I wouldn't mind Velvet Revolver opening but they're going to be out with Aerosmith this spring/summer.

I think Army of Anyone would be cool to have or perhaps Buckcherry or even Wolfmother.

They should tour alone and give folks their money's worth, IMO..

I'm 36 and I have no idea who these new bands are. I would guess a large demographic of fans who will come will be the same.

Weezer or the Foo Fighters. Both Rock. Both love VH. Both put on a killer show.
The Foo's might blow VH off the stage though... they have a lot of energy. I'll go with Weezer. This would bring in a younger late 20's crowd.

2nd opening act should be:

Wolfmother would be cool (Very Sabbath/Zep sounding)
FlyLeaf would be cool (Very Sabbath Sounding with a chick singer)

Would bring in an early 20's crowd.
