YOUR 90 MINUTE PERSONAL VH CD

I am basically a Classic VH fan. I imagined that if I was to pick the VH songs that could be overburned onto a 90 minute CD, then this exclusive list, would be the songs that would make it onto that CD (for simplicity's sake, the songs are listed in album order, although I would fine tune that order later. . .) In other words, these are the VH songs that I would want to hear, Now! This is not a reminisence of what I would have put on a 90 minute cassette in the year 1984..... This is NOW !

------- MY 90 MINUTE PERSONAL CD of VH ---------

    Eruption
    Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love
    I'm The One
    Jamie's Cryin'
    Atomic Punk
    Feel Your Love Tonight
    Little Dreamer
    Bottoms Up!
    Light Up The Sky
    Spanish Fly
    D.O.A.
    Beautiful Girls
    Everybody Wants Some!!
    Romeo Delight
    Take Your Whiskey Home
    Mean Street
    Sinner's Swing!
    Hear About It Later
    Hang 'Em High
    Cathedral
    Little Guitars (Intro)
    Little Guitars
    The Full Bug
    Happy Trails
    Top Jimmy
    Girl Gone Bad
    House Of Pain

It's like taking the Japanese Boxed set and squeezing what you want to hear most now, onto one disc ! !

Right Now... what would you select to put onto a 90 minute CD or cassette ?? It's a little painful when you think of what you cannot include!

I used to make 90 or 120 minute mix cassettes (with covers!) of VH when I was a kid. Now, and even then a little, I didn't like mixing the stuff up. The same goes with the two greatest hits compilations. I don't want to hear a sampling of an album of VH--I want to hear the whole thing. So many of us spent so much time getting to know those albums one at a time, and, for me, hearing just one song off any of the albums makes me want to dig into the whole thing again. So even though I've thought about making one or two discs of my favorite VH stuff for my car or whatnot, I've always avoided it for that reason. Instead I just pick one or two albums at a time.

I, on the other hand, do not want to hear "the whole thing" by ANY band. There's always some stinkers.... why would I want to listen to them..... Just the Good Stuff for me !

This is best of if they had to put one out and i was not a crooked music industry person and market the songs that arent most of the singles already released. it would be a much better record and not the typical shitty quality artwork release.
    Disc 1:
    1. Runnin' With The Devil (typical, but a sweet opener)
    2. On Fire
    3. Atomic Punk
    4. Somebody Get Me A Doctor
    5. Light Up The Sky
    6. D.O.A.
    7. And The Cradle Will Rock...
    8. Romeo Delight
    9. Tora! Tora! Tora!/Loss of Control
    10. Mean Street
    11. Sinner's Swing!
    12. Unchained
    13. Hear About It Later
    14. Where Have All The Good Times Gone?

    Disc 2:
    1. Hang 'Em High
    2. The Full Bug
    3. Drop Dead Legs
    4. Girl Gone Bad
    5. House Of Pain
    6. Good Enough
    7. Summer Nights
    8. "5150"
    9. Mine All Mine
    10. A.F.U. (Naturally Wired)
    11. Sucker In A 3 Piece
    12. Judgement Day
    13. The Dream Is Over
    Disc 3:
    1. Top Of The World
    2. The Seventh Seal
    3. Don't Tell Me (What Love Can Do)
    4. Amsterdam
    5. Aftershock
    6. Feelin'
    7. Humans Being
    8. Me Wise Magic
    9. Without You
    10. One I Want
    11. Fire In The Hole
    12. Dirty Water Dog
    13. Big Trouble
    14. Learning To See (the best of the new three songs in my opinion i dont care much for the other two. even so i bet this is an older song just not recorded until recently.)
