Sources confirm that David Lee Roth has been spotted entering the 5150 estate as well as Rick Rubin's Point Dume compound earlier this week (both locations) and last week again at Point Dume. Roth sported a pulled down New York Mets baseball hat and grey neck scarfe on both occasions; perhaps due to LA's recent cold snap.

Indications are that Van Halen will issue and release either an EP or possibly just one single following the RRHOF ceremony and as a precursor to the tour and already planned semi-vault clearing Box Set tentatively set for a holiday season release later this year.
