Yeah, this guy is deadly accurate. Best FUCK era tone I've ever heard.

Right now is dead on too. I always liked that solo. It has a lot of "feel" to it. Anyone remember the radio edit of Right Now with just keyboards? I only heard it a few times on radio.

I do remember that version, I've searched high and low and have never found a copy of it either.

My guess is that EVH has alot of time on his hands these days and decided to post on you tube. He's testing the waters of the one man band concept.

I saw these videos several months ago and forget to post a link. This guy nails the tone and a lot of the little nuances in Ed's playing. He also improvises a little in a way you would see Ed do anyway. Awesome. I need to get that tone from my setup.

Sorry, man... It was meant as more of an observation than a negative attack. At first look I too was super impressed with "Judgment Day" and "Right Now" as well. When I got to "Panama" it was sorta like... Eh, he's pretty sloppy on this one. I wasn't quite as crazy about the tone as others here; it was a little too razor sharp, compressed, and chroused-out. But, yeah, the guy really has worked to play Ed stuff very well.
