I searched, but didn't really find what I was lookin' for. What do you think of MSG? Thinking about buying the 78 Classic, looks cool, basic paint, but overall solid guitar. Of course there is always the paint options. For just under six hundred I was thinking this might be a quality replica frankie. Thoughts and opinions would be great. Thanks.

I bought an Unchained 5150 replica, for all I can tell shes bang on, the neck is amazing I almost like it better than my EBMM necks. It's fun to play in the studio, kind of an inspiration to play. For what its worth I swaped out the original pickup Mitch put in ( his own) and put a Duncan Custom Sh-11 in. If you look @ Edwards the poles did not line up to the strings, so thats why i chose this pup. Love the guitar, but I'd opt for an oroginal floyd, I'm always looking for one to pop in it !

I bought the "Unchained" model and had it painted like the 5150. It is dead on. Mitchell does great work. Love the guitar, the tone is sick. I had a hard time going back to my Wolfie. Very cool to play.

Wow, those Unchained models are pretty cheap, but it looks as if they're made from quality parts, how is the setup on these things?

Mine was ready to play when I got it. All I had to do was tune and plug in.
