heck is Rush in yet? KISS? And Henley, Nicks & Collins, if not eligible yet, should be eligible soon and they all have merit in their solo careers

The fact that the greatest and most important band in progressive rock is still ignored discredits the entire hall of fame.

The godfathers of the genre and STILL the most relevant progressive band on the planet. Phenominal musicianship, classic songs, longevity, 22 consecutive gold records. 4th behind The Beatles, The Rolling Stones and Kiss in all-time gold records...the reasons go on and on

No matter what criteria you go by, Rush should have been in a looooong time ago.

Cheap Trick and Rush are definites for me, they both need to get in. Also, with the Genesis reunion happening, I'm surprised they weren't even in the running this time around, or however long they've been eligible. While I prefer their earlier material, you'd think "Invisible Touch's" popularity alone would get it in. I mean hell, if Grandmaster Flash can get in, so should Genesis...

But, I'd like to see Rush and Cheap Trick in first

I have always failed to see the relevance and/or greatness of Cheap Trick. Yes, they are the "band that made Budokan famous," but that's about it. Just my opinion.
