I guess Val will go on tour with him and keep him safe.
And I do think he will be capable of being on stage infront of 20,000 fans every night, he did it great on Eddie's solo last time around.

I feel Eddie is very confident of his son, if Wolfie weren't a natural as Ed says he wouldn't expose him to the world just like that.
"I could call it anything, but the only word I can think of is Brown. It's just a warm sound. Warm, big, majestic" - Eddie Van Halen on his Tone

"Van Halen is definitely a ladies band, and I´ve got the Polaroids to prove it". - David Lee Roth

WOLFGANG did the IMPOSSIBLE, he brought back VAN HALEN, DEAL WITH IT.

I'm sure Wolf will be able to hang, but this whole fucking bullshit with this band is so weird, strange.

Guess I just don't give 2 shits about the future of Wolfie as the bass player, or Van Halen, as a band anymore. Everything has to be so difficult and down right WEIRD, with these guys.

I don't care, Mike should be playing bass in Van Halen.
“And what we have at our fingertips is arguably one of the greatest high tenor voices ever – that was in Michael Anthony. In our tiny little corner of the universe, that voice is as identifiable as the high voice in Earth, Wind & Fire, as identifiable as the high voice in the Beach Boys. Van Halen is an indelicate house blend of both – that’s intentionally. So I would always look forward to that reunion.” - David Lee Roth

Mike didn't "leave" to become a Wabo or anything else. He just wanted to get out & play for the fans.

Mike has always stated Van Halen is his first priority.

Besides, it looks like Mike has been fired, he certainly didn't quit.

Whatever... If that justification floats your boat, that's fine. I don't think Mike has done anything remotely serious enough to justify being booted from the band the way it appears he has been. Not plaing with Sammy, not the interview with Burrn at the beginning of the year & certainly not devolping his own hot sauce which has nothing to do with Van Halen.

Hey, if you're keen to have Wolfie on board at Mike's expense enjoy the show...

Dude relax...I'm just playing with you !

Whether I feel that way or not, it doesn't matter. Alls that matters is that,IMO, is exactly how Ed sees it. And like it or not, it's Ed's band !

I was just having some fun !LOL

They have been using prerecorded keys for years. Why not the bass lines Wolf could just go out there and pull it off night after night and sound just like Ed.

Think about how nonsensical that is. Why even have him play if that's the case?

Exactly...But think about it since when did anything that Ed does make anysense. I say prerecord the bass lines and have the kid jump around just like Milli Vanilli.
