And once agian Van Halen comes up short! Don't hold your breath for anything, looks like VH might become a 3 piece. They should rename the band and call it "Drunk, Divorced, and too young to care!" or "Family of 3" or something to fit the level of stupidity that Edward has reached, and just when you thought he couldn't fuck up any worse! There is still a slim possibility that a full CVH thing could happen, with the original four, but don't count on it!

I thought it's unofficially confirmed to be VH version IV. No MA, No CVH.

Wonder if DLR was also told to relinquish all rights to VH.

Looks that way! They've tried to do a CVH, ALL 4, about 5 or 6 times now in since about 1999 - 2000, and every time it fell apart for one reason or another! Things change so fast with these guys it's hard to keep up! There is still a slim chance we might see a full CVH this summer, but don't count on it! There's talk of Ed, Wolfe, & Alex playing as a 3 piece this summer. Wonder what they'll call that? How about " Van Halen 200 Proof " lol...
