I got my wife one as a cool stocking stuffer. I already bought a Platinum Bracelet (from bluenile.com) that cost a ton but I thought this price was to good to pass up (im sure she won't complain about getting two bracelets). I want to get her the matching Platinum Necklace but it's over $1000.00 and im not sure I can swing it at the moment.

I did something a few years back that my parents and in-laws loved. I bought 4 nice journals and in each, I wrote a letter to my kids about the grandparent I was giving the journal. I wrote to my kids that the lives of their grandparents will mean as much to them as they have to me...Then, wrote a little bit to each grandparent asking them to write their life stories and pass them on to their grandkids...

This year, I have almost finished writing a book for my wife...

Just so everybody knows. I belong to a bunch of message boards that center around people searching the internet looking for good deals. You can check it out for yourself by going to www.fatwallet.com or www.slickdeals.net. Check out their Forums, it takes a little getting used to, these people are absolutely nuts about finding different ways to save a few bucks here and there.
