Am I the only one...?
Am I the only one that thinks added Wolfgang isn't a bad idea, instead of the one thats bad on(/at) bass, Mike Anthony? I think another Van Halen will be good. Wolfie can probably do the high pitch sqeals, since he hasn't hit puberty yet. Does anyone not mind a different and maybe better(he is a Van Halen) bass player? I like Mike and would like to see him but, Wolfie would be just as good for me.
And why are there so much Wolfgang haters now?

I have no problem with Wolfie joining Vh if that;s the route Ed wants to go. but do it after the CVH Reunion with Dave. Do not add Wolfie with Dave. That is not fair and it is FUCKING STUPID!!! Specially for kids like me who never got to see Dave with VAN HALEN.

The kid hasn't hit puberty at 15??
Nobody has anything personal against the brat, it is all on his old man and why he would do this. BTW, if this happens, what the hell is Val thinking?

Bloodline aside, you're weighing in someone who has played a lifetime of bass against a kid who's only been doing for 3 months and has no real major touring experience.
I have no problem with Ed, Al, and Wolfie collaborating musically together. In fact, since it's extremely unlikely that Van Halen, as a band, will continue making more music in the future, I'm all for that idea. I don't think it should be called Van Halen though. They could call it the "3 Van Halens" or "Van Halen Inc." However, I, like many here, do not agree with having Wolfie in Michael Anthony's position for a so-called reunion tour with Dave Roth, especially since something like this has been in the making for over 2 decades. He can make a guest appearance playing 316 on a few shows with his old man like on the 2004 tour, but that's it.
A 4th incarnation of VH would be like the next phase of Michael Jackson's face.Bobby Cohn: Who's going to be at Waynestock?
Wayne Campbell: Um, uh...Aerosmith & Pearl Jam!
Garth Algar: Ha ha ha ha ho!
Bobby: Who else?
Garth: Uh, me...and...and Wayne...
Wayne: ...and uh...VAN HALEN!!!
Garth: Wow. Van Halen. Who else?
Bobby: Yeah, who else?
Wayne: Uh, an old man fashioning a kayak out of a log?

3 months as of September right? So almost a year by the time a tour starts...
Eddie's guitar, Al's drums, and Dave will be loud and rockin', I wont be there for the bass.

No you are not the only one.
We all want Mike in, but if Eddie wants his son in his band while his original bass player is selling hot sauce, then that's ok.
I just hope Eddie plays like the God he is, Dave rock as hard as he possibly can, and Al beat the hell out of the drums,
Wolfie, he will be good."I could call it anything, but the only word I can think of is Brown. It's just a warm sound. Warm, big, majestic" - Eddie Van Halen on his Tone
"Van Halen is definitely a ladies band, and I´ve got the Polaroids to prove it". - David Lee Roth
WOLFGANG did the IMPOSSIBLE, he brought back VAN HALEN, DEAL WITH IT.

I hope for the band's sake he doesn't completely embarrass himself.

I agree. Like I've said before, if they're going to pass the olive branch to Dave and put the band back together, then I don't understand why they can't offer Mike the option to come in and make it a true band reunion. If Ed and Al want to do a project with Wolfie, that's cool. Just don't call it Van Halen, because to some of us, it isn't.
