I doubt it. Awards shows in general are all bullshit, anyway. Just an industry congratulating itself. But the Billboard awards are kind of a second tier awards show, below the Grammies and even Mtv.

We entertain these ideas in Billboard, Grammy, SuperBowl and AMA threads nearly every year, so I'm closing this up. No reason to keep going round-n-round. Regardless, James is right. They likely wouldn't make a public appearance prior to the HOF induction.
