MY amazing date last night- VAN HALEN related

OK, last night I was asked to go with with this girl to a sorority formal here at University of Michigan. She needed a date at the last minute. On the bus ride over we are talking about random shit, but then our musical interests came up. I said Van Halen was far and away my favorite band, and I couldnt believe what she told me. She is from Hollywood, and went to the Oakwood School, which just happens to be where Eddie and Alex's sons go! Yes thats right my date has met Ed, Alex, Valerie, Wolfie, and Aric. I picked her brain for all the information I could get about her experiences with them. She has been to Eddie's house, as well as Valerie's malibu beach house for a 4th of july party a couple years back. Interesting things that I found out.

-Aric smokes weed quite often, and she has smoked with him!
-Valerie is one of the nicest people she has met, and has thrown some great parties that her family has been invited to.
-At the 4th of july party, Ed walked around in overalls with no shirt on (big surprise i know) and drank from a bottle of wine, and got into a big argument with one of Valerie's friends that was also at the party.
-Wolfie has told his friends that he is focusing almost solely on bass guitar, and has been stepping up his practice time (hopefully in preparation for this summer)


Definitely a fun conversation, and I'm really gonna try to find out more.

Ha Ha good stuff. Does anyone feel really old that this guy went to a college dance with a chick that went to school with the Halen kids. Good god. And for anyone asking if he scored, I once brought flowers picked from some persons yard on the way over to the house where is was picking up my last minute date. It just doesn't get any easier. Long live college date parties, spreading herpes successfully for over 200 years!
