Default how would you handle this

Truss rod nut on an agile les paul is stuck. Could be from glue that dripped down from under the string nut or maybe from rust. There's alot of relief so I dont think it was from over tightening, prob woulda broke judging from how frozen the nut is.

Acetone, wd-40, heat the nut with a soldering iron? Never run into this one before.

A little bit of heat or a little lubricant might help but don't over-do it.
I've had some stubborn truss rods in the past and patience seems to be the key. Slow torque with a small socket wrench will ultimately succeed (at least it always has with me) but don't resort to lots of heat or using high-torque mechanical wrenches or power drills to get it to move.

now this isnt for the faint hearted but you could try removing the fret board.
its a slow job and requires a LOT of care. this site is pretty good for any tips that u might need:
    http://www.projectguitar.com/tut/removal.htm

once the board is off you can check the rod make any repairs (or replace the rod) and then fix it back into place, its either that or try very small turns over a period of time, or take it to a luthier

    hope this helps mate

If you don't know exactly what your doing (no offence) take it to your luthier.
