Sorry to hear that, but I'm sure it wasn't Eddie who personally took care of taking the site down. I guess Ed didn't even hear of it, but his legal team seems to shut every auction that sells guitars like his down whether it's for a good purpose or not. That's bureaucracy for ya.

sorry to hear about that. I wouldn't assume evh's motives or even knowledge here. speculating is a waste of time and quite frankly not your place to do so. charitable issues are best left to those who do the giving. who am I to bash entities or individuals that have a charitable relationship with people in need? Will you be able to offset the loss? I hope so. Maybe you'll get a check from another charitable entity.

I'll second that, don't blame it on Eddie personally, he's participated in various charities in the past and not so long ago with the Elton John Awards (AIDS-related). Hell, Ed even allowed Frankenstraat's business! Check out his site, there's a Frankie replica on the front page!
If Eddie was aware of that, we would certainly make up for it.

Again read my comments in the other thread, and don't create multiple ones. We at this site have no idea who you, how valid your claim is, are or anything about this, but I'm not going to get us involved in some legal matter that I have no knowledge or understanding of. This site is not for that, so your URL has been removed.

BTW I don't understand why you just don't relist the stuff without the striped guitar, but whatever.
