When I was at K-Mart (about a year and a half ago) there was an outfit that specialised in reproductions of actual concert tee's from the late seventies and early eighties.

I purchased an AC/DC "Highway To Hell" tour shirt from 78-79, along with a few other items such as a hat, and some printed Zeppelin boxers and sleeper pants.

Unfortunately I can not recall the name of the company, yet maybe you could google the company, using K-Mart as a referance. I'm not certain they covered Van Halen, yet it's worth a shot.

    Best of luck.

    Classic t's

This has very little to do with this post, but I thought it was interesting on Mad Anthony's site, there is a picture of his daughter Elisha (don't remember if it was at the Cabo Birthday bash or an Atomic Punks show) in a classic VH t-shirt from the 1984 tour. I thought it was pretty cool, even with all the shit between Mike and VH, she's still representing CVH.

Your going to have to find these shirts second hand.
The Van Halen brothers are such asses with seeling stuff with the VH logo on.
They wont release anything as you can see with the US Festival and all of the early demos. . Forget looking in Hot Topics or Spencer for the old stuff. You will only find every other band ...
I go into Target and walk through the mens section and see all of these AC/Dc shirts, shorts and hats.
Anyway try Ebay I bought a lot of Dave era shirts from some guy in canada. Good quality repos.
