Ed's Got it Wrong
I saw a recent quote by Edward, I think it was from the Stern show, saying "they (Sam and Mike) are out there selling hot sauce and tequila and singing MY songs....calling themselves the other half of Van Halen....their just a cover band." Sorry Edward, you're wrong. Ed may have written the music, but he didn't write the lyrics. Anyways all of the members names are on the publishing rights whether it was Dave-era or Sammy-era. According to Ed's theory that would make Paul McCartney a cover band for singing Beatles songs on his tour or Robert Plant a cover band for singing Zeppelin songs. Ed needs to go somewhere and dry out from all the alcohol in his system. Maybe then he can think straight.
