Alex and Simmons sds5

Do anyone know the settings Alex used on the Simmons module for his drums during the Live without a net tour?

I bought a Simmons sds9, complete and want to have a 5150 moment in my cellar

I don't know if you really can get the same sounds with an sds-9. The sds-9 was geared toward sounding like a real drumset. I have an sds 1000 and an sds-8. The sds-8 can sound just like the 5150 drums. I have never used an sds-9 so I could be wrong. I think you just have to trust your ears and play with it. I know it helps to have the sensitivity up so that you can play those lightning fast buzz rolls like at the end of his solo. Good luck.

Thanx for responding, yeah sds9 have "analogue" tom sound, haven't gotten it yet so i'm really looking forward to see if there is some van halen in it
