Gerald Levert, R.I.P.
Those of you who enjoy good R & B (anyone?) may or may not have heard about the passing yesterday of Gerald Levert, at the age of 40, cause unknown at this time.
Levert, the son of legendary O'Jays singer Eddie Levert, was probably most widely known for the song "Casanova", by the 90's trio that bore his family name.
Gerald Levert was an amazing talent, and IMO was probably second only to the late great Luther Vandross. Good music, again IMO, knows no color or label, and Gerald was responsible for some really good stuff over the years.
Rest easy, Big G.....
