WOW! A lead vocalist that works with the band and gives it his all. Not one t-shirt, poster or banner dragged up on stage to interupt the chemistry AND he still pays attention to the crowd and includes them in the fun of it all.
Gary sure did suck, glad they moved on to better things.

Was this later on in the tour? Just wondering since those VHIII boots seem to be all over the map concerning Gary. The Australia show seemed to suck while some of those boots from the regular tour strike me as being pretty kick ass. I always heard that Gary really started to gell with the band towards the end of the tour, that's why im asking.

thought i was seeing billy sguire again with all the prancing around.

sammy never gave his all? eat shit dude. sam's fans know the deal
sam knows the deal. to have the power to make someone's day
simply by signing his fucking name on something of theirs . do you get that

i remember plenty of signs with only edward on them too . like one that had
a picture someone drew on a sheet of edward as a king . sam went on to hold
that behind edward for all the crowd to see.the fans will always be a part of a
sammy show be it solo or with vh.

I understand Sammy's deal dude!,I've seen enough of his solo shows to understand and respect the passion and time he dedicates to the fans. I accepted that and had a great time along with the rest of the crowd for the party atmosphere that was presented. The VH shows though over time became, forgive the term, cheesy. Too much time IMO was taken away from his performing to cater to every piece of memorabilia tossed up on stage. I thought at times the band as a whole suffered from the distraction.
While I may be one of the very few that enjoyed and rallied for Gary's inclusion in the band, I was still bummed that Sammy was gone, but that didn't change how I felt about what a live show with VH should be. Gary worked his ass off up there and it was great to see four musicians up there all playing off each other and hitting their stride. That alone to me, is far more enjoyable and crowd pleasing then a fan made t-shirt fashion show.
So please don't tell me to eat shit just because our opinions may differ. I might not agree with others here on alot of things, but at least I respect their points of view and will always be open for debate over argument...dude.

ANNOUNCEMENT

Creating signs and making things for the band is cheesy and lame. Having them signed is even cheesier. I've never understood how someone could focus their attention on getting a signature during a show, while the band is on the stage, playing their heart out.

Soundcheck is cool...it's expected.....but when they're on stage, your wanting a signature proves how selfish you can be....did you go to the show for a signature or to see the band.

On top of it, a lot of folks will try to profit from it....lame.

I guess my point is people get in to shows in their own way
I don't happen to think it's "cheesy or lame" that "fans" throw
t-shirts and banners on stage, it's something that sammy's fans
have been doing since the early 80's.How are you going to unring
