ZOSO - Anyone check them out?
I just came back from a Zeppelin-cover show from a band called ZOSO. We saw them in a little catered auditorium of about 300 people. This is more kind of like an ''act'', these guys all dress, act and speak like each of the members of Zeppelin. The music was absolutely awesome...and the crowd was way into it. I had a great time and would highly recommend seeing them, as long as you dont try and compare them to the original line up....
Some sounds:

-"I'd rather stick my junk into a freshly-slapped hornet's nest." LLFHS on banging Lindsay Lohan

I saw them last year. It was a good show, except the keyboard solo during No Quarter sounded way out of key. Otherwise, it was enjoyable!

Achievements:
the australian pink floyd show will be in town sunday, anyone seen the show
or heard any reviews? I understand they have the blessing of one or two
members of the original band.Utilize. Improvise. Adapt. Overcome.
I love coffee and sarcasm.

I just saw 'em a week ago matter of fact. Very good. The singer must think he is really Robert Plant. It was a little creepy.

These guys are good. I've had the pleasure to play a couple of shows with them. Last time was April Fools day 2005 for a concert labeled as 'fake fest.' It was cool... all tribute bands. About 1200 people there. Zoso's guitarist at the time was cool We actually talked a lot. The other Zoso dudes were distant for some reason. Me and the guitarist hung out after discovering that our wives new each other.... funny. He no longer plays with them as I am told. He was good. Looked and sounded like Jimmy Page. He even had the little antenna Tesla looking things on his side of the stage that made sound effects when u waive your hand over it. haha. He had an endorsement with Germano amps. they sounded good. like old plexi's. perfect for the Page sound. I was most impressed with the bands versions of Battle of Evermore and Goin' to California.
As usual, there is a great woman behind every idiot.

Yup, we opened for these folk once also. Genuinely nice guys, yet the singer does seem to believe that he indeed is Robert Plant. Quite odd.
