New Classic VH Album Already Completed
I apologize if somebody has already mentioned it.
Course, we've known it for a long time.
There is already enough CVH material recorded to fill an album. And that stuff includes Mike on bass guitar.
So no worries. Dave & Ed don't have to go into a studio for us to get new music.
We might not get Mike on a tour. But who cares about a tour? And if VH lasts as long as The Stones - we'll probably get Mike someday.

If they agreed to do a tour - why wouldn't they put out the music they've already made?
If we get a tour - we get new music too. If you can call <recorded several years ago> new.
It's a no brainer. You can thank me later.

"Dear Governor Axtell. I've heard that you will give 200 dollars for my head. Perhaps we should meet and talk. I am at the Juarez village at the border. Send 3 men, and instruct them not to shoot, as I am unarmed. In short, Sir; I surrender. Your obedient servant William H. Bonney. PS: I changed my mind. Kiss my ass."

There is no music allready made. There is a bunch of Eds thoughts on guitar recorded, with possibly some of Al jamming around, and some of Ed screwing around on the drums.
It took them like 3 months to record those 3 half asses songs for the 2004 tour. If Ed and Al had their shit together, they would have allready put out 5 albums of instrumental music. Fuck them.
It would be cool to have them last as long as the stones, Wolfie's kid can be the 9th lead singer...while Ed still chimes about his 10 albums worth of material, in the year 2035Last edited by DoHalen5150; 11.09.06 at 04:56 PM.

Michael Anthony himself has stated that they (Ed) has enough (or nearly enough) material completed with Dave to fill an album. The songs are done.
Michael Anthony recently signed away his VH rights. He shouldn't be a problem.
If Mike is a problem - Ed could redo the bass himself.
And Ed can agree to give Dave the same royalties, etc. as he gave Dave for Best of VH Volume 1.
I mean come on. If the attorneys are going to work out tour details - why can't they work out the new album?
When has money ever gotten in the way of VH? What tour? What album? What has VH ever cancelled because of money disagreements?
Sure, they have trouble getting along - but working out the money math is the least of their problems.
I'm excited. I feel like I've cracked the code. It's first grade SpongeBob.
