Hypothetically, if Ed tries to make amends with Mike, let's him know he's an important member of the band and offers him a full and fair share, then no, Ed's not a prick. If it's a half hearted, half assed you can be a hired hand for minimum wage, and Mike says no, then yes, Ed is still a prick.
