Try going on warmoth.com or allparts.com they sell guitar hardware from bridges,nuts vol & tone knobs and even necks and bodies. if your looking for 5150 style neck look at warmoth I thinks it's called a kw.

I would try e-bay. just do a Kramer search in the Musical Products section. i've seen parts like the one you're looking for on there from time to time.
or, if you're the do-it-yourself type, Stewmac.com sells single-ply pickguard sheets that you can purchase and fashion your own control cover from.
