Good interview with Sam. I love the fact that Sam always sounds like he's having the time of his life whenever he's interviewed. 2007 should be a good touring year for Sammy, I can't wait to see Montrose do a whole set of good old rock classics.

I agree. That first Montrose album still holds up. Saw Sam at the SF Fillmore a few years ago and he did most of that first album with the guys from Metallica... what a show.
No mention of the other half here... maybe mikey will be joining VH for the tour then. Like DLR said recently, he's the glue that always held the band together. here's to my fingers being crossed.
